Who Am I?
Many individuals wonder how their dreams, goals, fears, regrets play a part in their daily lives. You wonder what makes you who you are. Was it your family dynamics- parents who used substances, divorce, overprotective parents, absent parents, single parents, or only child, middle child or the baby? Or you wonder how the loss of friend or family member affected you; will you recover from the loss? Or a national event that redirected your life? You wonder why me? How can I be better? How can I achieve more? Or why doesn’t anyone love me? What are my values, fears, beliefs, desires? What is the meaning of it all?
Love Lost
It is often confusing and frustrating to find relationships , either romantic, friendships, or amongst colleagues, that are fulfilling and meaningful. Often you may feel overwhelmed and disappointed by those around you. Do you feel worthless or unloveable, thus you don’t trust anyone or feel safe? Or would you simply like to improve your relationships and feel more connected? Would you like to improve your confidence at work meetings or when going on dates? Would you like to be able to manage your stress or anger better? Would you like to feel more sexually intimate and open with your partner?

Frozen in Your Own Body?
Countless people feel anger and hopelessness when they feel their weight or body does not look like a super model’s. They may fear they are unworthy of love or won’t be noticed if they don’t look a certain way. Do you feel trapped in your body? That you cannot control how much you eat? Or you fear that if you do eat you will gain weight and no one will notice you? Would you like to see you body image in a healthy way? Would you like to stop counting calories and just enjoy exercise without feeling guilty you are not enough, or not doing enough?
In Good Company
There seems to be somewhere for everyone else to go, but many feel they are left alone with no community, connection, or higher purpose. Are you looking for a community of people who share your values? Are you looking to connect with others who have the same hobbies and enjoy the same activities, but don’t know where to find them? Are you looking to connect spiritually to a higher sense of the devine? Are you searching for a greater sense or purpose or meaning to your life? Would you like feel more connected to yourself and others?
